DVD Terms of Sale

Only NTSC DVDs are currently available. However, the vast majority of DVD players through-out the world, including PAL machines, will playback these programs. If you own a PAL DVD player, please check the users manual or Google the brand and model to verify that it will playback NTSC formatted -R DVDs.
DVDs may be purchased on-line with all major credit cards and with Paypal. You may also purchase by check or money order, by contacting us at support@longtailnet.com.
All titles are available for worldwide use unless specified otherwise. If there is a territorial limitation stated for a particular title we will not ship that title to a limited territory. If you place an order to ship to a limited territory we will notify you by email and will refund your payment in full.
We can currently only accept payment in US Dollars.
A shipping and handling fee is added to all sales. Orders ship within three business days and usually the next business day after you've placed your order. Standard shipping to the United States or Canada is free when you buy three or more titles in the same order.
Shipping times vary depending upon the number of DVDs you've ordered and your shipping address.
Standard shipping times to an address in the United States:
- Orders of three 3 DVDs or less are sent by First Class Mail and take 2- to 5-business days.
- Orders of four or more DVDs are sent by the USPS as "Media" and take 4- to 12-business days.
- Orders for a single DVD are sent by First Class mail and take 7- to 14-business days.
- Orders of two or more DVDs are sent by "economy air" and take 10- to 21-business days.
RETURN POLICY: Any DVD may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a DVD that you purchase from us is defective we will replace it with another copy.

RIGHTS: Depending on your selected purchase option, DVDs from the Longtail Distribution Network, LLC are licensed for either home use or for non-commercial and educational exhibition when no admission fee is charged by non-for-profit or for profit institutions. DVDs are "leased for the life of the media."
